Pano for iPhone provides the ability to take wide angle pictures from your iPhone like the one below (click picture for full size):

The program allows you to take several photos and then “stiches” them together for a panoramic photo. If you look closely you can see where the image gets a little blurred, that is where Pano stitches the photos together. This make a high res photo a little iffy, but remember this is taken from my iPhone. Very slick and well worth the $2.99. App Store Link to Pano
By the way this is from the Red River Shootout this weekend at the Texas State Fair between Texas and Oklahoma. If you look closely you can see the dividing lines between the burnt orange (Texas) and crimson (Oklahoma) right down the 50 yard line. 90,000 fans. One great game.
